GPS fleet tracking works by installing a tracker in each vehicle that reports position, ignition, speed and (optionally) fuel/CAN data over 4G to a central platform. Dispatchers see all vehicles on one live map, replay trips, set geofences, get unauthorized-use and idling alerts, and analyze fuel and driver behavior. The result is lower cost, better service and less risk across the fleet.
Live Tracking and History
Each vehicle appears on the map with status (moving/idle/stopped). History playback shows routes, stops and dwell time — useful for proof of service and dispute resolution.
Fuel and Driver Behavior
With fuel/CAN support you monitor consumption and detect theft; harsh braking, overspeed and idling scores help coach drivers and cut accidents and cost.
Geofencing and Alerts
Draw zones around depots, customer sites or borders. Get alerted on entry/exit, off-route, after-hours use or power cut — key for security and SLA compliance.
