GPS Tracker Location Is Inaccurate

Reasons for wrong or jumping GPS positions and how to stabilise them.

Inaccurate location is often weak satellite signal (urban canyon, indoor) or AGPS data being stale. Allow a cold fix outdoors, enable AGPS assist, and avoid LBS-only mode. Large jumps usually mean poor GPS, not wrong server.
