GPS Tracker Offline – Troubleshooting Guide

A complete checklist for a GPS tracker that shows offline: power, SIM, APN, server and signal.

When your GPS tracker is offline, check in order: (1) Power — is the LED on? Verify red to battery +, black to ground -. (2) SIM — does it have data and is roaming enabled abroad? (3) APN — set the correct APN for the carrier. (4) Server — confirm IP and port are reachable. (5) Signal — move the device outdoors. Still offline? Submit a ticket with model and IMEI.
